3. Purpose of Meeting

Proposition 1: Some change in the articles of incorporation.

1-1 : Change the address of the company's Website.

1-2 : Add stock option grant target.

Proposition 2: Stock option granted.

1) Attend Yourself : Notice, ID Card

2) Representative Attendance : Notice, power of attorney, Certificate of

Self-Certification, Representative ID Card

5. Other

- Souvenirs not paid

- Put on a mask for prevent covid-19
