3. Purpose of Meeting

Proposition 1: Stock option granted.

Proposition 2: Dismissal of other non-executive directors.

Proposition 3: Appointment of an outside director.

Proposition 4: Changes in executive severance pay regulations.

Proposition 5: Some change in the articles of incorporation.

Self-Certification, Representative ID Card
